Army Recruitment Rally Katihar 2020 का आयोजन eligible male candidates के लिए किया जाना था। Army Recruiting Office Katihar द्वारा East Bihar के 12 districts के eligible candidates के लिए Army Recruitment Rally आयोजित की जा रही थी।
यह Army Recruitment Rally Garhwal Ground (Army Camp), Katihar में 04 January 2020 से 16 January 2020 तक आयोजित की जानी थी। इस rally में शामिल होने के लिए candidates के लिए online registration करना mandatory था।

Army Rally Physical Test की तैयारी
Army Recruitment Rally में physical test एक महत्वपूर्ण stage होता है। Candidates को running, pull ups, ditch और zig-zag balance जैसे activities के लिए पहले से तैयारी करनी चाहिए।
1600 meter running में बेहतर timing प्राप्त करने के लिए candidates को नियमित running practice करनी चाहिए। इसी तरह Beam/Pull Ups में अधिक repetitions प्राप्त करने के लिए strength और endurance पर काम करना उपयोगी रहता है।
Physical test में दिए गए समय और standards को ध्यान में रखते हुए candidate को अपनी तैयारी करनी चाहिए। Rally venue पर समय से पहुंचना और Admit Card में दिए गए instructions को follow करना भी जरूरी है।
